As you may have seen in the national news, an unauthorized third party recently gained access to Beacon CRM’s systems. Beacon CRM is the database system used by thousands of UK charities, including Bungay Community Support.

We have been notified that our systems may have been affected by this cyberattack. We take the protection of our customers’ data very seriously and would like to reassure you that we are working closely with Beacon and other advisors to understand what, if any, impact this may have.

If we feel you may have been affected, we will write to you separately.
